Gallery Hub: one page for all your galleries

Written by PixoShare Support

The Gallery Hub gives you one page with your logo that lists the Client Galleries you choose, so clients find their own gallery from your website.

It's on the Pro plan, and you can use it during the free trial.

Set up your Hub

1. Click Gallery Hub in the sidebar.
2. Under Hub link, type your web name and click Save. It's 3 to 40 lowercase letters, numbers and dashes.
3. Under Branding, upload your Logo (PNG or JPEG, up to 10 MB) and set your Brand color.
4. Under Look, pick one of five: Minimal, Branded, Classic, Evening or Party. Until you pick one, the Hub matches your default Client Gallery look.

5. Optional, under Your words: a Headline, a Welcome line, a Cover photo (Classic, Evening and Party looks only), a Website button and your Social links.

Click Open on the Your Gallery Hub card to see your live Hub, and use the copy and QR code icons next to the Hub link for your website or a business card.

Choose which galleries appear

New events aren't listed until you add them. Only published events can appear, newest first. Turn an event on in any of these places:

  • The event's Sharing tab: the switch in the Gallery Hub card.

  • The event wizard's Advanced step: Show on my Gallery Hub.

  • The Galleries card on the Gallery Hub page. Click an event to set its cover photo, its password and its link type.

Each card on your Hub opens that event's Client Gallery. A gallery with a password still asks for it.

Show options

Under Show, Event dates, Lock on private galleries and Powered by PixoShare are on to start; switch any of them off to hide it. You can also pick the Card shape (Square or Tall) and Cards per row (2, 3 or 4, on a computer).

Your web name

Your web name is also part of your Readable Client Gallery links, and those work whether or not the gallery is listed on your Hub. See Send the gallery link to your client.

You can change it once a year, and not during the free trial. Type the new name, click Save, type it again to confirm, and click Change web name. Links you already sent keep working.

Good to know

  • Anyone with the link can open your Hub. Search engines are asked not to list it.

  • A gallery password protects opening the gallery. Its name, cover photo and any dates displayed on your Hub can still be seen by people with the Hub link. Leave an event off the Hub if those details should stay private.

  • If you move to Starter, your Hub page stops opening and the Hub switches show Gallery Hub is on Pro. Your settings are kept for when you return to Pro, and Client Gallery links you've already sent, readable ones included, keep working.
