See how guests got and used their photos, for one event or all of them, and send the numbers to your client.
Reports are on Pro: the event's Reports tab covers one event, and Reports in the sidebar covers all your events. On Starter, both show an upgrade card instead.
The event's Reports tab (Pro)
Open the event and click Reports.
Total Media: photos and videos uploaded to the event.
Total Shares: texts, emails and QR codes.
Downloads: photos and videos downloaded one at a time from guests' pages, the Live Gallery or the Client Gallery.
Photo Views: times a single photo was opened.
Collection Views: times guests opened a link with several photos.
My Photos Views: times guests opened their My Photos page.
"Unique viewers" under a view count is roughly the number of people; the big number counts every open. Sharing Activity shows shares over time and Share Method splits them into email, SMS and QR.
Send the report to your client
Copy Public Link copies a link to a page with the event's numbers and charts. Anyone with the link can open it. The page has no guest names, numbers or addresses, and the link doesn't expire; it stops working if you delete the event.
Email Report emails that link. Choose an Email Template, type the Client Email and click Send Report.
If the box shows Include Guest Contacts CSV (only guests who gave consent), leave it unchecked unless your client is allowed to have that list. If you turned on Guest Data Collection after sharing had started, email the list to yourself first and check the consent text in each row (see Guest contact details, consent and exports).
Export Shares
Export Shares downloads a spreadsheet (CSV) of every share: the guest's email address, phone number or QR share code, the date and the link they got. It's a record of delivery, not a marketing list. Guest phone numbers and addresses are removed 12 months after the event ends.
The Reports page: all your events (Pro)
Click Reports in the sidebar and choose a period: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or This year.
Overview: Events, Total Media, Total Shares and Unique Guests, with charts.
Events: one row per event with Media, Email Shares, SMS Shares, QR Shares and Downloads.
Media: Total Media, Total Downloads and Uploads Over Time.
Sharing: share counts, Photo Views, Collection Views, Unique Guests, and Delivery Status for email and text.
Unique Guests counts the different phone numbers and email addresses that were sent photos.
Good to know
One text, email or QR code is one share, however many photos are in it. It counts when the guest sends it, even if it later fails; the Messages tab shows delivery.
AirDrop, prints and emails you send from the dashboard (such as Email ZIP or Email Report) don't count as shares.
The Overview tab's Total Shares counts texts and emails only, so the Reports tab's total, which adds QR codes, can be higher.
On every plan, the event's Overview tab shows Total Media and Total Shares, and the Messages tab shows each text and email with its delivery status.
