Send your client one link to every photo from their event: the Client Gallery, on the event's Sharing tab.
Email the gallery to your client
Open the event and go to the Sharing tab.
On the Client Gallery card, click Email Client Gallery.
Pick an Email Template. If you have none, a default one is used.
Type your client's address in Recipient Email and click Send Email.
The email goes out under your event's sender name (the From Name you set on the event's Sharing step). To write your own message, copy the link and send it from your own email.
Copy the link instead
Next to the Client Gallery Link are three small icons. Hover over one to see its name:
The copy icon (Copy Link) copies the link to paste into your own email or text.
The open icon (Open in a New Tab) shows you what your client will see.
The QR icon (QR Code) gives you a code to print or put on a slide.
The same link is on the Overview tab, in the Event Links card.
Add a password (Pro)
Under Password (optional), type a password of at least 4 characters and click Save. Your client sees This gallery is private and enters the password. Their browser then remembers it for 30 days. The email doesn't include the password, so send it separately.
Click Change to set a new password (everyone enters the new one), or Remove to open the gallery to anyone with the link.
Choose what your client sees
Show Originals and Show AI Transforms appear when the event has AI photos. Show the photos as taken, the AI versions, or both.
Template shows the gallery design. Click Change to pick another one. New events use your default from the Templates page.
Download All is on to start. Your client clicks Download all in the gallery and enters their email address. A link to a ZIP of every photo arrives within a few minutes and works for 14 days. Turning the switch off hides that button; people can still save the photos they can see.
Readable or random link (Pro)
The Client Gallery Link row has a Readable / Random choice. Readable is a short link with your web name and the event's name. You can edit the end of it, and the old link keeps working. Random is a code that's hard to guess. Links you've already sent keep working either way.
Other galleries
The Live Gallery lets guests browse the whole event. It starts off. See Live Gallery: let guests browse the whole event.
The Gallery Hub (Pro) is one page with your logo that lists the Client Galleries you choose. To list an event, turn on the switch in the Gallery Hub card on its Sharing tab. See Gallery Hub: one page for all your galleries.
Good to know
A gallery link works once the event is published.
Anyone your client forwards the link to can open the gallery too (with the password, if you set one). Downloaded copies can't be recalled.
The gallery stays online for 2 years after the event ends, unless you delete the event sooner. Your client sees the date in their gallery. See How long are galleries kept, and how to download or delete photos.
