Open Settings → Billing and click Manage Billing: Stripe's secure billing page opens, where you can change your plan, update your card, get invoices or cancel.
Add a card during your trial
Your 14-day Pro trial doesn't need a card. To keep going after it, click Add a card to start. When the trial ends, your plan starts (Pro monthly, unless you picked another) and the first charge is made. With no card on file, your subscription ends, but your events and galleries are kept.
Start my plan now charges you today and takes the TRIAL mark off your photos and videos right away.
Update your card
Click Update next to Payment Method. You can pay by card or with Link, Stripe's saved-payment service.
Change your plan or switch to annual billing
Click Manage Billing and change your plan there.
Upgrades (Starter to Pro) start right away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the billing period.
Downgrades and moves from annual to monthly start at the end of your current billing period.
During your trial, you keep Pro until the trial ends; the change starts then.
Annual billing costs about 20% less. A founding price stays yours until you change your plan or billing period; then that day's prices apply.
Moving to Starter? It runs fewer events at once (see Plans and prices: what's included), so you can't publish a new event while you're over its limit; running events keep going. Your station logo, colors and attract screen switch to the PixoShare look until you return to Pro.
Find invoices and receipts
Download your invoices in Manage Billing, where you can also update your billing name and address. Stripe emails you a receipt after every payment.
Sales tax
Sales tax is added where it applies, based on your card's billing ZIP code, and shows as its own line on invoices and receipts.
A payment failed
You'll see a red Payment Past Due banner and get an email. Click Update and fix the card. Stripe tries the payment again over the next two weeks; if it keeps failing, the subscription ends.
Until it's fixed, you can't publish events, and 3 days after your paid period ends your PixoShare PC and iPads pause uploading and sharing. Photos wait on the PC.
Cancel your plan
Click Manage Billing and cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can undo the cancellation until then.
After that, your account is read-only. You can sign in and see your events, and guests' gallery links keep working, but you can't publish events and your PixoShare PC and iPads stop uploading and sharing. Your photos are kept as usual (see How long are galleries kept, and how to download or delete photos).
To download photos, use Download all in the event's Client Gallery (if Download All is on for that event), or download single photos from the event's Overview tab. Email ZIP needs an active plan. Fees aren't refunded for partial billing periods.
Good to know
Coming back? On Settings → Billing, under Choose a Plan, pick Monthly or Annual, then Select Starter or Select Pro. You're charged that day at the prices of the time.
